Our easy 3 Step Order Process

Self Impression Instructions (hover over image to enlarge)
| Take out putty Take out 1 set of the white and blue impression material (putty). |

| Mix the putty Mix the two pieces of putty together for 45 seconds to get one solid colour (blue). |

| Putty and tray When your putty is one solid colour, simply roll it and shape it like a finger. Pick up your tray. |

| Putty into tray Put the finger shaped putty into the tray, making sure to cover all parts of the tray. |

| Take your impression Take the tray and place it over the centre of your upper teeth. Push the tray over your teeth. Pull your top lip over the front of the tray and gently massage the excess material around your gums by rubbing your top lip and cheeks. Hold for 3 minutes, then remove. It is important when taking the impression to include the bottom, front and back of your teeth, and the whole gum. Thus the whole area the mouthguard will cover |

Send your impressions back to our dental laboratory using the pre-paid jiffy bag that came with your kit. Upon receiving your impressions at our laboratory, they are cast up that day and your mouthguard dispatched within 24 hours from the cast setting.
